Spacious 4 bedroom townhouse in Calahonda, just 350m from the beach, and close to ATMs, pharmacies, supermarket, restaurants, beauty salons, Gym, sports & wellness club. The property is made up of 4 levels, offering 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious terraces, and entertainment room with cinema projector in the basement. The property provides plenty of space for guests to enjoy, and includes access to the community’s large communal pool + children’s pool.

On the ground floor guests will find a guest toilet, the fully equipped kitchen, a well furnished living room + dining area, and spacious terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property, supplying everything needed for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining.

The living room is bright and well furnished with 2 sofas and smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) hung on the wall above a fireplace (perfect for in the winter). A dining area sits opposite with seating for 6. The room is bathed in natural light through the large windows that provide access out onto the private terrace. The ground floor terrace is furnished with chillout seating as well as an alfresco dining area with seating for 8. A gas BBQ is also provided.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, and access to a terrace shared with the second bedroom, which has a double bed. The third bedroom has a single bed, a workstation with desk and chair, and a private terrace with views of the communal pool. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share access to a bathroom with spa shower (jets).

On the second floor guests will find the fourth or master bedroom. The room has a large double bed facing a smart TV, an ensuite bathroom with bathtub with jets and separate spa shower (also with jets), a walk-in wardrobe, and partial sea views through the south-facing window.

The basement has an entertainment room with HD projector and amazon fire stick, and several comfortable sofas. There is also a utility storage room perfect for golfers to store clubs, bags, shoes, etc. From the basement guests can access the private parking space in the garage (space for 2 cars).

The property has centralised Air Conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms, as well as fast and unlimited fibre optic WIFI. There is also a 24/7 alarm system installed. Included in the rental is access to the communal swimming pool + children’s pool, and all bedding and shower towels.

The Oasis del Sol community is close to the beach and just a short drive from the beautiful Cabopino port, and touristic towns of Marbella and Fuengirola. Numerous golf courses are located within 5km from the property, and Malaga Airport is just 25 minutes away.
