Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment in the popular Los Almendros urbanisation in San Pedro. The apartment offers guests 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, large terrace with stunning views of the sea and community swimming pool below. Included in the rental is centralised air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms, fast fibre optic WIFI, and a private underground parking space. Guests are a short walk from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops!

The master bedroom offers a large double bed, direct access onto the apartment’s terrace, plenty of storage space, and an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. The guest bedroom has two single beds and access to the renovated guest bathroom with walk-in shower.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property, perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining. From the kitchen, guests will find the living room, which features a dining area (seating for 4), and a comfortable L-shaped sofa facing a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The living room gets plenty of natural light through the large south facing windows that lead to the apartment’s private terrace. Here guests will find an alfresco dining area and chillout seating, from where they can enjoy views of the beautiful pool and gardens of the community below, and the blue Mediterranean sea in the distance.

Guests have access to all areas of the apartment, the community swimming pool (open during summer season), and one private parking space in the garage beneath the property building. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the beach, a short walk from a number of excellent restaurants and bars in San Pedro, and 5 minutes drive from the world famous Puerto Banús.
