The property has recently been completely redecorated, and now offers guests a stylish and comfortable place to enjoy a fantastic holiday on the Costa del Sol. The urbanisation has 2 swimming pools, is securely gated, and offers complementary parking.  

Located on the top floor of the building (access via staircase only), guests open the front door to find the kitchen to the left, the living room in front, the guest bedroom and bathroom on the right, and the corridor to the master bedroom slightly off to the right.  

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and equipped expected of a quality holiday rental apartment. The kitchen includes: fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, plates/bowls, glassware, etc. 

The living room is spacious, light, and stylishly furnished. It offers a dining area with seating for 6, sofa (sofa bed that sleeps 2 additional guests), and smart TV with cable channels and Netflix. The room gets plenty of light through 2 tall windows that provide access onto the terrace with alfresco dining table and chairs. 

The guest bedroom is cosy and ideal for groups travelling with children. The room has 2 small single beds, and has access to the guest bathroom, which has a large walk in marble shower. 

The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. This bedroom also has direct access onto the terrace. The apartment faces the West and looks directly over the communal swimming pool located down below. 

The property's orientation means that it gets an abundance of afternoon Sun, and no where is this better enjoyed that on your very own private rooftop terrace. Providing an L-shaped sofa, 2 sun loungers, and outdoor shower, this is the perfect spot for tanning or enjoying a drink in the Sun.
