Awesome 2 bedroom apartment in the BEST urbanisation in Puerto Banús! Located in the well known Urb. Terrazas de Banús, this community offers 2 large communal swimming pools, gardens, underground parking below the apartment, 24/7 security, and is just opposite the central archway into the marina of Puerto Banús. 

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has a South orientation. Through the front door, guests will find the fully equipped kitchen on the left, the corridor to the bedrooms and bathrooms straight ahead, and the living and dinning room on the right. The kitchen has all of the equipment and utensils expected of a quality holiday apartment, all of which are in perfect working condition (microwave, oven, blender, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso machine. etc...).

The spacious living/dining room comfortably seats 6 people. It is tastefully furnished, offers a flat screen TV, WiFi, and an abundance of natural light from the windows that lead onto the terrace. The terrace is a fantastic size and enjoys plenty of light throughout the day. There is a space for al-fresco dining and also chillout seating. From the terrace you will get a great feel of the energy of Puerto Banús, without the issue of excessive noise many other apartments in the port suffer from.

Down the corridor and the first door on the left is the guest bathroom, which has a toilet and bath/shower. The next door along is to the guest bedroom, which offers 2 single beds. Further along is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (also has a bath/shower). The master bedroom has a double bed, large floor to ceiling mirror (great for getting ready for a night out), and direct access onto the terrace. 

All of the windows in the apartment have a shutter for added security and to block out any unwanted light or noise. There is strong WiFi and A/C (cooling & heating) throughout the property, and included in the rental of the property is the use of the underground parking spot (public parking in Puerto Banús can cost as much as 30€/day - so you can SAVE a lot if you are travelling with a car). The urbanisation's gardens are well maintained and sun loungers are provided around the pool during the Summer season (pools usually open from June - September).

There are 2 fold-out beds available (10€/night per bed), which can be rented to bring the maximum occupancy up to 6.

*Please be aware that checkins at the property must be in person with a staff member. From 20:00-22:00 there is a late checkin fee of 30€, from 22:00-00:00 40€, and from 00:00 onwards 50€
