The space:
The lower floor has 4 of the bedrooms, including the master bedroom. Here two of the bedrooms have access to their own personal terraces, which overlook the beach and Mediterranean. Upstairs is the final bedroom, guest toilet, modern open plan kitchen and living room. There are also two large terraces, one of which has seating for dining while looking over the coastline towards Puerto Banús, and the other has comfortable outdoor lounge seating, sun beds, and it’s very own private swimming pool.
Other things to note:
The world famous Puerto Banús is an easy 20-30 minute walk along the Paseo Maritimo (seaside walkway), or just a couple of minutes by car.
