The space:
The spacious 115m2 apartment offers guests a unique apartment experience by providing them with their very own private sauna. The Finnish sauna is made of termo aspen, and is located on the covered solarium, with breakfast bar and direct stunning sea views.
The apartment has separate air conditioning units in each bedroom as well as the living room, with the property being renovated as of 2019.
The two bedrooms are comfortably furnished, the master is fitted with a queen sized bed, and the guest bedroom has 2 twin sized beds. The 2 bathrooms both offer high pressure showers.
Despite being a very short distance from the excitement of Puerto Banús' restaurants and nightlife (20 metres), guests need not worry about being disturbed at night, as the windows are all double (in some case triple) glazed and are completely soundproof. It is also a very short walk (100m) to the closest beach next to the marina.
The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, including: fridge/freezer, oven, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. And has all the utensils expected of a luxury property.
The master bedroom and living room both offer UHD smart televisions (Netflix etc), and the living room has an IPTV box that offers international channels. There is fast WiFi throughout the property.
Rental of the apartment also includes a designated private parking space in the underground parking below the apartment. This is reachable with direct elevator access.
